Q. When I log into pay pal, the shipping address is different from the one I put into the check out form?

When you check out with your items, we receive a copy of the shipping address you fill out. This is the address we will use to ship your items. You do not need to fill it again in pay pal. You can leave as is.

Q. How long will it take to deliver the items?

Your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. After shipping you recipient will receive the item same day if they are in Dhaka or within 2 days for other destinations.

Q. Are there any delivery restrictions?

Currently we deliver Foods and Flowers to Dhaka City only. However, we will extend the range of our delivery destinations for these items soon.

Q. When I pay with Western Union, do I have to pay the service fee?

The service fee that Western Union charges you is strictly an agreement between you and Western Union to send money. Myferiwala.com does not receive this fee and therefore does not acknowledge them. When paying us via Western Union, please make sure you send the total net amount for your purchases.

Q. Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order requirement is $15.00.

Q. Are there any delivery charges?

Deliveries to Dhaka City are free of charge. Any destinations outside of Dhaka will incur a $9.99 delivery charge.

There are no hidden charges.

We ensure the highest qualities of products are delivered to you or your loved ones therefore flowers and food will always arrive fresh, maintaining the highest level of hygiene.
